Lightspeed Interface: Add the ability to update a room charge with tip after posting to Room

The current Lightspeed integration has very specific requirements that must be followed in a specific order for guest room charges, taxes, and tips to post. As much as an F&B outlet can train their staff to follow the steps, ultimately there will be times that for whatever reasons the required steps will not be met. This request is to review the existing integration between Lightspeed & Stayntouch to consider updating a finalized check for the purposes of adding a tip that was not previously added when the guest check was charged to the room. Lightspeed is able to handle that transaction and actually sends the message to Stayntouch, but SNT does not recognize the additional update to the previously finalized check. This improvement would greatly improve discrepancies, lost revenue, and improve ease of use for the hotel and restaurant teams.
It is understood that there is a work around which requires the original room charge/ticket to be voided and a new one created with the tip information. - This is a request from TMC Hospitality for BODE and Drift Hotels.
