We have several Hotels that have been on Rover PMS for some while and sometimes Rooms, source codes, market codes are changed. Since there is no way to delete these since we have data attached the data witch, we analyze looks very strange.
One idea if deleting is not an option is to have a merge or hide function – basically we would like all “rate codes/market codes / source codes /roomtypes” that are marked with "do not use" NOT to be visible in the PMS (front end) and reports.
