Notification When New Action is Assigned to Department

The Whitehall Hotel would also benefit from this enhancement. They would like to see immediate communication/notification one a new maintenance task has been created by someone and assigned to their department. Currently, they use Alice integration as a way to process Maintenance tickets as it is easily trackable and immediate with the notification.
The Lodges at Cresthaven would like to see an enhancement that allows the property to choose a list of emails to be notified when a new action is assigned to a specific department. They use actions for their engineering / maintenance tickets, so this would be very useful for them.
