Enhance Canary Integration

Linchris would like to see the Canary integration enhanced to support more system to system communication for the following Canary products:

  • Dynamic Upselling
  • Guest Messaging
  • Contactless Check In / Out

Sage Hospitality / The Asbury / Asbury Ocean Club would also like to see the Canary integration enhanced. They would like the ability to connect credit cards to group/house accounts.

Hotel Zelos, Zeppelin, and Zetta would also like to see the Canary integration enhanced with the ability to send credit cards to be stored on the wallet tab of Company Cards so that they can be easily used on group/house accounts.

EOS Hospitality - Red Jacket Resorts & Kennebunkport Resort Collection - would also like to see the Canary integration enhanced with support for the ability to connect credit cards collected in Canary to group/house accounts.

Hotel Vandivort (Sage Hospitality) would also like to see the Canary integration enhanced with support for the ability to connect credit cards collected in Canary to group/house accounts. This causes them grief because Canary will not unveil the CVV due to PCI compliance, and they have to call the client to get the CVV / CVC manually which is cumbersome and not guest centric.

Hotel Zephyr would also like to see an enhancement to support group/account credit card authorization form handling due to the CVV not being easy to retrieve due to PCI compliance
