Rate Manager Filter Calendar Week Starts on Monday - Update to Sunday to Match Rest of PMS

The calendar date picker when first entering Rate Manager (loading dates/rates) starts on MONDAY. This is the only place we have noticed a calendar widget starting on Monday in the PMS, and it does not align with the calendar date picker when applying repeat rates/restrictions until a set date within Rate Manager.
Please update the Rate Manager filter calendar widget to start on SUNDAY to follow the formatting of the rest of the PMS (or make this customizable).
