We are using Duetto for many years now and the workaround is to Use the Min Stay Arrival of Duetto ( the Mi Stay Thru is not supported) - The Min Stay arrival of Duetto is going into SNT as Min Length of Stay and to Siteminder as Min Length of Stay that is treated as Min Stay Through Restriction... Give it a try.
Ensure that you have mapped all your Rates that you want to apply restrictions on the Siteminder integration profile

Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor would like to see the Siteminder / Stayntouch Channel Manager integration enhanced to support minimum stay through restrictions.
This is particularly important for hotels that use Duetto because Duetto does not use MLOS on Arrival date, they use Minimum Stay Through restrictions. This makes it very challenging for hotels to use both Duetto and Siteminder because if they set the restriction in Duetto which triggers an update to the PMS which triggers an update to Siteminder, Siteminder cannot read/receive it.
Another solution that the hotel would be happy with is if Stayntouch can implement some logic to the integration where if a minimum stay through restriction is set, it flows to Siteminder as a minimum length of stay restriction.
