Green Mountain Suites Hotel would like the enhancement to build out Groups without assigning/allocating Rooms, but basically would borrow from the house and still be attached to a group. Currently, you need to assign/allocate rooms in order to make reservations against the group. Open Block will allow the property to track guests that are affiliated/associated to a group, but not necessarily contracted for a specific number of rooms.
