Request for Notes: add date & time stamp in stead of NULL for each entry in the NOTES section

Currently there are notes without a date and time stamp. 

Instead  the value NULL is displayed.

The request is to replace the value NULL by the correct date and time stamp when this note was received by the PMS.

The date and time stamp appears to be displayed correctly if it is a note that was entered in the PMS. 

Messages received from the Channel Manager - and incorrectly labelled "from PMS" - do currently not have a date and time stamp.
