if you are using Mac computers for your Front Desk machines, the current certificates for the Rover Service file expire on January 4, 2023. Please be sure to upgrade the Rover Service file for Mac to version 1.4.0.0 before that date following the instructions in this article:
This process should only take a few minutes to complete—just simply download the attached executable and run it as an administrator of your Front Desk PC, but please contact Customer Support if you have any questions or concerns.
PS: This certificate upgrade is essential to allow credit card devices to remain connected to Stayntouch PMS, so please upgrade all your Mac Front Desk machines that are connected to credit card devices.
