Ability to add public area cleaning tasks and seasonal room projects to Task Assigments (manual and/or scheduled)

As a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor that is assigning the day's work, I would like the ability to add the following to Task Assignment sheets:

  • Public area tasks that can be scheduled on a daily or custom recurring basis OR added manually
  • Preventative Maintenance tasks or Room Projects that are scheduled for a custom date range or seasonally
  • Other manual / custom tasks or reminders for the day [e.g. Replace sofa cover in X room or public area)

This is something the Cobblestone brand would also be interested in - as well as entering public space maintenance needs (Areas like pool, entry way, meeting room might need cleaning, or a light replaced etc)
