Auto Batch Email

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is already available as a feature, but I can't find it. I would like to request a feature to automatically schedule an e-mail to guests, triggered a few days before arrival to suggest they book dining reservations, etc. This is tedious for our front desk to do it manually every day. The new feature would where the system would automatically send a mailmerged email with customer name and confirmation # with some template message from we create. This email would automatically send on a schedule we define, like 4 days prior to arrival, etc.

This feature would be very helpful to us and I would imagine a lot of hotels.

Tropicana Inn & Suites and Camelot Inn & Suites (BEI Hotels) would like to see this feature as well. They like to auto-send a copy of the confirmation email to their guests three days prior to arrival to remind them of their booking.

Hi Barbara - to my knowledge, this is not in active development, no. We will continue to share your feedback with the product team in hopes that they take it up in the future. If this is very important to you, one thing you may want to consider is working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that has the capability to automate sending an email or text message X number of days prior to arrival. We have many CRM and Guest Messaging partners that integrate to Stayntouch... a full list is here. Examples: Revinate is a popular CRM, and Akia is an example of a guest messaging tool that might be able to do this for you.
