own style and/or edit layout of confirmation/Cancellation letters

It would be nice to be able to edit layout to the confimation/cancellation e-mails to match our hotels chains own look and feel. 

Either edit directly in Rover or if that's not possible -  link up our own confirmation/cancellation letter to Rover rather than using the one generated in Rover with limited editing options.
