Allowances - Allow floating per stay allowance credit that can be used throughout the stay

Also requested by HEI Resorts - they would like this functionality to also allow guests to use their allowance both on the night of arrival and on the morning of departure without having to do 2 separate add-ons to achieve this.
We would also like to see this functionality as they like to offer packages with spa or restaurant credits that can be used at any point throughout the stay.

Hotels Zeppelin, Zetta, and Zelos would really like to see this - they have consortia negotiated packages that include floating packages that are harder to manage without floating functionality.
PUBLIC Hotels is looking forward to seeing this in the future - they will use it for their AMEX packages that include a $100 credit that can be applied towards anything at the hotel.
Main Street Hospitality is also interested in seeing this for their Spa packages at Canoe Place Inn.
The Maven at Dairy Block would also like to see this feature - they need it for floating F&B credits.
Springboard Hospitality is also interested in seeing this for F&B packages with a credit that can be used at any point during the stay (arrival through departure) for Anvil Hotel as well as their other hotels on Stayntouch Cloud PMS.

EOS Hospitality (Red Jacket Resorts and Kennebunkport Resort Collection) are looking forward to this feature.
They will use it for their consortia agreements where they must offer a $100 floating credit per stay.
Ideally, for an include in price allowance, they would like the amount backed out of the rate during EOD to reflect the usage; so, if there was a $100 credit and only $80 was used, they would like only $80 to be backed out of the rate. However, if this is not possible, they think that splitting the price and deducting across all nights of the stay is ideal. They understand that if a guest checks out early, some sort of adjustment would have to be made.

Hotels utilizing the allowance feature have expressed a desire to have floating allowances that are offered on a per-stay basis no matter how many nights the reservation is for.
With this, an allowance could be added to a reservation and it would allow the consumable charges to be consumed at any point during the stay rather than on the first night, nightly, or every week.
This would be very useful because many hotels offer package add-ons in this fashion for higher end travel agencies like Fine Hotels & Resorts, Virtuoso, etc. They also would like to use these on their own websites, etc. to drive direct bookings.
