Hi Kelley - great news. We now have a Rate Strategy option that will allow you to automatically update the rate price or availability based on occupancy. See here for more details and contact support if you are interested in using it!

Great news! Thank you, I spoke with someone about this when I saw it in the release notes, but it wasn't ready to use just yet, is the process complete and can we use this now?
Yes, this feature is now in general release - I have responded to your original inquiry support ticket with confirmation that it has been activated for your requested property.

A feature that I will miss from the system we are switching from is Yield management for rates. There was a setting that would automatically raise the rates by a certain percentage based on occupancy. It would be nice if SNT could implement something like this.
