OMG PLEASE I would love this so much - I've had an issue of people coming in with 3rd party reservations and names being flipped
Yes, agree. We need a report for VIP and Flagged guests.
VIP and Flagged guests (as well as the note/reason they were flagged) are already available in the Guests custom exports. VIP is also available in the Reservations custom exports. It would be helpful to have a way to see all DNR/Flagged Guests in the system to stay informed easily at the front desk between shifts and keep an eye out ahead of time for guests that try to be sneaky (like booking 3rd party after being flagged in StayNTouch).
