Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp - For a main booker, we can always "detach" the guest card if a different guest stays in the room than originally noted. For a second guest in the room, this is not the case. Once a guest card is linked, you cannot remove it. Thus, the only option to note the correct information is to update the guest card SELF - thereby losing valuable information. We would like to be able to "detach" the guest card of the second guest without losing valuable information. This situation happens several times a week - by default.
