Report to show unmatched credits on credit /debit card

Hello SNT Rep,

Does SNT has a report that shows if credits were issued on credit/debit cards that did not have charge/debit before? Basically unmatched credits on a different credit cards.

I haven't seen one on stay in touch but my credit card processor emails me a batch report and fraud alert report and it shows refunds on cc with no transactions and duplicate transactions
