I am currently stuck to find a needed functionality in SNT.
We´re looking for a kind of an Online Check In. BUT not with the goal to check in into a Room which seems to be the existing goal of what SNT supports.
We would like to give every single guest the chance to put his data already into the system before arrival. (only this) This would be a massive game changer as those information’s are mandatory in Austria, Germany, and France,…. and it an annoying and time-saving process to do it on site.
This at least contains: Name & address and mail address from ALL persons staying in a room (not only the booker) Passport ID and wish passport from the booker Credit Card Details from the booker (possibility to skip and show the cc on site)
I watched a read through all exciting help center sites from the current online check-in function but it goes a different direction and a focus here is to get a room assigned. Or I just was not able to find the right things.

P.S: MEWS have that implemented and it’s a USP from their side. I spoke to a lot of Hotel operators that using this PMS just because of this functionality and I follow them why that’s a game changer. So we have some hope you can catch up there already or in the near future.
