Credit card lookup

There needs to be a way to search the system with out having to open everyday....may never t know exact day or name...a search tab to enter last 4 digest cc and it pull reservations or transactions. That would help look up names of guest for charge back cases..your way looking journal daily takes forever and waste of time .
