Smileys from booking engine in guests comments

Hi Laurencie, if that is the case it should be listed as an error. Could you create a ticket with an example please?
The integration of reservations has been addressed but the smiley currently only inserts as text (<Emoji>) - going forward we will address this as well but for now there is no longer a reservation failure.

As mobile booking keep increasing we have more and more guests that are adding smileys in their comments. Smileys are supported by Synxis but not SNT, so the booking cannot be integrated in the system. It would be great if it could.
