Convert support ticket to support discussion in Fresh Desk.

I've submitted a couple of support tickets for issues that I believe are bugs, but they were responded to as desired functionality and I was asked to enter separate Feature Requests for them. It would be convenient if your support team could convert a support ticket into a support forum discussion to avoid unnecessary clutter and duplicate issues in your system.

I'm not sure if this is just a limitation of the Fresh Desk software and out of your control, but thought I would make the suggestion.
