Option to include revenue for non-picked up revenue for allotments

Currently the Business on the Books report does not include revenue for non picked-up rooms, even though they are contracted. Revere Hotel Boston, part of HEI Hotels, would like to see an option to include revenue for non picked-up contracted rooms with allotments as they use allotments to manage airline crew contracts.
