Currently, unless there is nothing entered in the e-mail address field of a Stay Card, you are only allowed to send confirmation/cancellation emails to the single address that exists. It would be nice to be able to send confirmation and cancellation emails to multiple recipients without clearing the e-mail address field, entering the new address, sending the email, then re-entering the original email address to the field.
I found https://stayntouch.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/24000008578 which explains how to add a booker address to a Guest Card, but that in and of itself is just as cumbersome for already existing reservations. The windows to print or email an invoice just has the single text field that automatically populates from the e-mail address field of the Stay Card. This works a little better in that you can enter any e-mail address that you want and just re-enter the Format Billing window repeatedly to send multiple. Why not normalize all of these screens (see screenshots) to use the same email options. Preferably with the ability to send emails to existing e-mail addresses as well as type additional ones.
