Copy From Rates

The Based On/Copy From would need a complete review.
Take this column in the Rate Screen with column header: "Based On".
Logic would have it that a rate where there is no value in this column, would have been created as "Copy from". However, if you look at a rate where there is no value in this column, when you click on the rate, the rate screen still displays "BASED ON" highlighted, rather than COPY FROM. This is very confusing.

When we use the Copy From Function to create a new rate (like Addon Tax), the rate search screen shows the rate we copied in the BASED ON column. Please can this column not be populate for copied rates, it's confusing.
