The auto assign feature is very useful. However, it currently does not allow for filtering by room status. This results in vacant, dirty rooms being assigned. Our property does not have the housekeeping staff to clean every dirty room each day and this causes us to have to manually assign our arrival rooms. This can be tedious and time consuming on higher occupancy days. Could room status options be added to the room diary's auto assign filter? This way we could ensure that we are only auto assigning vacant, inspected rooms.
