Dear Lidia,
At the moment this is the longest we can do in the pms. Once the 92 days are up, we recommend to create a new reservation for the next 92 days.
We are working internally to get long term reservation in place for at least 365 days. There is estimated time of delivery yet.
As for Rates we only have daily rates in the system. You want to set up a rate that is charged on a monthly basis and not daily revenue? Similar to rate tiers?

we would like to offer long term stay/rental. The system only allows for 92 days. How can I modify this. How can i create a fix rate set per month and not per day. Please advice
