If not already applicable, it would be great to be able to look up a guest reservation by phone number. We have had many instances where guest names have been entered incorrectly and they do not have the confirmation number so we cannot find the reservation, but with a phone number, we could easily locate the reservation in the system. Our house phones present the phone number we are speaking with so it would be a quick way to find a reservation without having to dig for additional information that we might not have available. Hope you guys consider this! I would love to hear your feedback.
