Group module enhancement - make reservations for up to 6 people per room
Corduroy Inn would like to see this increase as well
HEI Hotels would like to be able to add occupancy for more than four adults as well. They have resorts that need the ability to add more than four people to group reservations
El Caribe Resort & Conference Center would also like to add the additional people per room reservation for individual reservations as well as group reservations. PLEASE!
We have rooms that sleep 6 people, 8 people, 12 people and 16 people.
The El Caribe Resort Daytona Beach, FL would also like to add additional people to individual reservations and group reservations. PLEASE!
We have suites that sleep 6 people, 8 people, 12 people and 16 people.
Hotel Van Belle is also extremely interested in this feature as the hotel has rooms that sleep more than 4 people.

Submitted on behalf of BUNK Hotels but this is an issue impacting all ho(s)tels who use the group module for rooms with more than 4 people.
Currently, the hotel is not able to allocate a 5th or 6th persons to a reservation when creating a group room reservation. The group module is limited to 4 persons whereas the transient module allows reservation up to 6 persons.
Due to this issue, the hotel does not sell their 5 persons rooms in the group reservations module and when they do, they need to manually adjust the contract and invoices (ca. 45 min per group).
The perfect solution would be to have the ability to add a 5th or 6th person in one room when making group reservations and having this correctly added to the invoices and confirmation letter.
