Room type change needs to check availability from Group, not hotel availability

Currently, when changing the room type on a group reservation, the availability of the room type you are changing to is pulled from the Hotel Availability and not the group. So if the group still has one room holding, and the hotel shows no availability the user receives a response that they must overbook the room. However, it is not overbooked as the group is holding one of the rooms. Workaround is the user must access the group, go to the rooming list tab and update the room type from the rooming list. However, not all hotels want to grant access to group modifications to front desk or reservations team. Submitted on behalf of Landsby Inn but this is an issue impacting all hotels.
