We have recently changed our room types and are no longer using many existing room types. In working with Sarah Manouf, we identified there is no way to delete old room types. She suggested I submit a product enhancement request to add a toggle on/off switch for room types.
The inability to deactivate room types is extremely disruptive to our reservations team. They currently see 27 extra room types on all inventory screens.
Please provide an update as to when this feature can be added.
