We are currently experiencing delays in reservation integration from the CRS. Our team is working to resolve the backlog of reservations, and all messages will be processed. We will update you with more details as the queue processes and returns to normal message processing rates. Please expect delays in reservation downloads until then.

For SiteMinder-connected properties, if you’re still noticing reservations are missing in the PMS, please log into your channel manager and reprocess/resend the reservations from SiteMinder to the PMS.
