The Sofia Hotel would also like to see this enhancement incorporated into the system.

Hotel Saint George would like to see this enhancement, as well. It would be beneficial to their Front Desk Team to automatically get a reminder of Guest Notes instead of having to click into the section.
CODA Williamsburg would also like to see this enhancement.

It would be greatly beneficial if we could prompt the notes section to open automatically during the check-in process. In the snips below, we have the guest info section that pops up, to have the notes do this as well is crucial to ensure that the desk agents are taking note of pertinent information. Is this feature in the works?
