All the systems I've used in the passed show only the main name of the booking, with the room number. where as this system shows all the names associated with that reservation and room number. So, if I have say 2 reservations, one for a single occupant and the other with 3 named occupants, it will appear to an un-caffeinated clerk to have 4 check-ins. Is there away for the arrival screen, just to show two lines of the 2 rooms and the main name of those bookings?
