Hi Roxanne,
We have significantly beefed up our multi-property functionality since you put in this feature request a few years ago. You can read more about what we've done here including chain reporting, user permissions, configuration, and an incredible availability/reservations tool for reviewing/making reservations cross property!

StayNTouch needs to enhance their chain admin abilities and the ability to create a custom report and update permissions for all properties at one time. We have 25 properties and growing, and having to create the same report or update user permissions 25 times over is tedious and inefficient.
