Option to Resend Confirmations/Cancellation emails from an interfaced vendor

When a third party email vendor (e.g. Cendyn eInsight) is interfaced, the native confirmation/cancellation email functionality in StayNTouch is deactivated.  This also removes the button from the Stay Cards to manually send a confirmation or cancellation email. 

It would be ideal if this button could remain - however the functionality when interfaced would be to send another trigger to the third party.  This would allow the front desk to handle requests for resends within StayNTouch rather than logging into the third party system to execute a resend.

Hi Chris,

have you figured out a work around this? We also have a similar issue with SNT and Maverick, and our guests get automated confirmation emails every time we make any adjustments to their reservation.
