Ability to edit Based On/Copy From Rate at the initial Rate Configuration

On behalf of Skipjack Resort and Marina, while building a rate and I have not selected right away the "Based off" rate but continue in the build out process, it doesn't let me go back and add the derived rate in (it's greyed out). I am able to select the +/- and amount %/$ but not the rate I want to derive it off. I had to delete the whole rate just to build it again.
