There is a problem of duplicate Company(or TA) records in SNT, where these duplicates may be created when incomplete Company data is received from the Channel Manager. The line of SNT is that these duplicates need to be managed by the user of the software.
Unfortunately the Custom Export does not give the creation date of the Company Card, which makes it hard to understand what is really going on. The request is to add the create date and time to the Custom Export for Company Cards.
