Ideally even the Subject line of the email should refer to the invoice no. so we are able to identify when that guest replies asking for further details to the invoice that we are sending them..
Trying to Put this up as it will save us so much time...
This is so much needed and will save so many hours for the Accounting Team and will be so much easier for the recipient to sort the invoices out...
The Name of the PDF to mirror the name of the Invoice no.

A lot of our companies use an automated bill processor which identifies Invoices by Number.
Currently, we have to print to pdf, change the name to invoice number and send the Invoice by hotel email instead of using Stay n touch direct email option. This is time-consuming
