"Promotions & News Email Opt In" syncing between CRS interfaces

With the increasing focus on consumer privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, etc), it is becoming critical that guest privacy preferences are seamlessly integrated between CRS and PMS platforms. There can be large financial and legal penalties for violating guest privacy preferences, and when these preferences are siloed between multiple platforms, it makes it difficult for hotels to ensure compliance.

The specific request here is related to the "Subscribe" button on the Synxis booking engine:

And the promotions opt in on the Rover guest stay card:

If those related fields can sync with the rest of the reservation details, it would be a major improvement to the existing feature, and provide some valuable protection to hotels to help prevent privacy preference violations.

Synxis it the CRS our hotel uses and is the specific platform related to this request, but I'm sure other hotels using different CRS providers would benefit from similar functionality.
