Request to always log a creation date for companies

When the Channel Manager sends a "Create Reservation" message to create a new reservation in SNT, this message may mention a Company or a Travel Agent. 

SNT will then analyse the situation and if no existing Company/Travel Agent can be found, a new Company or Travel Agent Card will be created. For the moment, this action, for foggy reasons, does not create an activity log in the Company Card.

For analysis purposes, the request is to always add a creation date in the activity log, and this for analysis purposes.

We have 30+ companies with the same name and without a creation date, which makes it impossible to analyse what happened when.

Hi Guido,

This information can be found in the Company's activity log. The user will be the Channel Manager and will be time stamped. It will look something like this:

I'm afraid that my experience is that the creation details are only stored in the Activity Log  for Hotel Van Belle when a user (not a Travel Agent) creates the Company.  The Channel Manager is SiteMinder, not Synxis.
