Hotel Renew and Lotus Honolulu would also like the functionality for the Deposit Policy on Rates to only take into account Room + Tax ONLY and not the add-on of Resort Fee. Typically, the Resort Fee would only be collected once the guest checks in.
Hi, currently SNT charges deposit at booking for room+tax plus the mandatory resort fee+tax. We would like SNT to charge deposit for only the room and tax portion at booking and not charge for resort fee + tax in the deposit. We would require resort fee+tax at night audit date roll instead. Is that possible? Please advise!
