Display of HK Room Status at the time of Check Out

When a guest is scheduled to check out occasionally they depart the hotel without stopping at the front desk to check out.  When this happens the room attendant may clean the room before the front desk is aware that the guest has departed.  

When the room attendant has finished cleaning the room and it is ready for the next guest, they punch a code on the guestroom telephone which changes the room status in the PMS from dirty to clean.  

However, when the front desk is processing the "due outs" , find that the guest has departed and check this room out, the status changes from clean to dirty.

This is causing extra work for the housekeeping staff, as the front desk are calling to check room status, wanting to confirm the room is clean before they check in the next guest.

In our previous PMS, when checking out a room that was status "clean", rather than automatically changing the status to dirty, the system would ask the check out clerk if they wished to keep the status as clean.

Is there a feature in SNT we can enable that would provide a similar option?
