Custom Group rates to show as group rate, not undefined

I agree. If it is a custom Group rate, why wouldn't it show under group revenue for rates reports?
Hotel Van Belle also requests that group custom rates are displayed as such and not as undefined.

Please change the current reporting on the daily production by rate for custom group rates. Currently if a custom group rate is used it will show on the daily production by rate report as "undefined" even though on the reservation the rate shows as "group rate"
