Adjusting Language Between Individual Users

Hi All, 

I would really like to suggest an update that would greatly enhance our operation. 

Currently, my front desk team and I use a "daily arrivals and daily departures" sheet to help organize housekeeping. It is not very efficient, as we have to then use text message to communicate which room has departed. 

We have the hardware we would need (iPads) to take advantage of the housekeeping task management features that SNT offers. 

The only set-back is language between users-- if there was a way we could have the option to translate the backend housekeeping iPad home screen and tasks mgmt page to Spanish, that would be so so helpful. We have one bi-lingual housekeeping manager, and my Spanish is pretty good, but it's not enough to help organize the day. Hence why we use text and Google Translate. 


I also understand that if we were to change the language in settings, that is only for the front facing end/ guest side. 

We would very much so appreciate this roll out, and I'm sure other users might appreciate it as well.

Hi,


We have a pilot version to translate some of the Housekeeping area to Spanish based on user language. It is not perfect yet and we are still working on it, but if you are interested in trying please talk to your CSM about it and we can see what we can do.

The Inn at Burlington is also interested in system translations to Spanish for their Spanish-speaking housekeepers using mobile devices.

Hotel Saint Vincent -  would like to set the PMS language per user.   


"Might I suggest that a great enhancement for the near future would be "Personalized Settings" for each individual user in order to make the interface more friendly and comfortable for people individually as well. "
