downtime report

Hi there,

Can someone help me in setting up a downtime/inhouse guest report to be sent to my email?

Hi Paul - 

I would recommend using the report scheduler for this task.  I have included a link

I would recommend doing the In-House alphabetical and by room. 

To keep things clean - in Outlook you can set up rules as well so they all get organized into neat folders on their own since you would only be looking at these when things become an issue.
