Guest Balance Report Needs Filter Options: Due Out Only and Open Balance Only.
Guest Balance Report is clickable and hyperlinked to the Guest Stay Card now; however, when we click a guest stay card at the bottom of the report and work on the guest stay card, use the return button to go back to the report. Report jumps back to the top of the report thus having to scroll back down to the bottom of the report to work on other guest stay cards.
This can be tedious if the report runs into pages to scroll back to the bottom of the report multiple times. At times we lose track of the guest stay card that we were working on; especially if we have to attend to a guest at the host desk.
More Filter Option will help avoid this issue as well
