Introduce ability to extend departure time of hourly reservations even when the room type is not available

Extension of departure times on in-house hourly reservations when there is no room type availability is not possible even if the room number hasn't been assigned to arrival reservations yet.
When attempting to extend, message returned is 'ROOM TYPE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS TIMESLOT'.
Some clients would like flexibility to override this message and extend the departure time.
