Ability to send confirmation letter on existing reservation with rate not showing

Currently, the only way you can send a confirmation letter and not include rate amount is when creating the reservation. If a reservation already exists and you need to send a confirmation there is no option to not include rate. Additionally, if you sent out a confirmation and opted to not show rate during the reservation creation process, you have no way to resend a confirmation letter to include the rate. Client would like to have the flexibility of including or not including rate for each confirmation letter sent for a particular reservation.

Disregard, looks like the DON'T PRINT RATE option under Bill and Charges prevents the rate from showing.
