Add 15 minute increment feature for Scheduled Clairvoyix Export

The Pacifica hotel group is using Alice to communicate via text to guests when they arrive at the hotels. The current solution is the Clairvoyix report is scheduled for hourly to update the Alice system, but the interval leaves room for a guest to not be contacted for almost an hour after check in. This request is to have the ability to select a 15 minute interval for the Arrivals Report
The Alice group has been contacted to advise of the API availability that they could use to polish this integration, but they have not yet moved on that option and we are trying to find a way to help the hotels provide a better guest experience.
