May I request that in the guest profile when entering a phone number the field auto-populates the correct dashes so that we are not manually typing in dashes on every single guest profile? e.g. If I type in the phone number 9288553550 it will auto format to 928-855-3550.
I understand there are different countries with different formats but each property can specify their home country. I also imagine most of the hotels and guest are in the US so that could be a default. It is done in other PMS's that I use - Opera, Synixis, Infor, Maestro etc.
